66 Mantras For A Self-Confident Life

A mantra is a saying (mostly with spiritual meaning) that serves You to reflect on what’s important to You and how You want to live Your life. Especially when times are challenging mantras can help You summon up strength.

Basically a mantra can be any saying or even a quote. What’s important is what it means to You.

You can write them down on a list and regularly have a look at it. You may also pin them on Your wall or write them on post-it-notes and attach them to Your door so You will always be reminded when You leave the house. You can even draw or paint a picture and insert the mantras that are especially important to You in beautiful letters. Just be creative and have fun with it.

For example I really like the Ziglar quote “Don’t become a wandering generality. Be a meaningful specific.” which I regularly recite to myself so that I will always remember to live up to that principle.

Knowing what You want from life and who You want to be highly contributes to Your level of Self-Confidence. By using mantras You can set the foundations.

Your Turn 🙂

Think for Yourself what mantras would be meaningful to you. You can pick some from the list, use generally known sayings or quotes that You like and that make a difference in Your life. Write them down and repeat them out loud regularly on a daily basis. Make it a motto for Your life to live by. Do the repetition process for at least 30 days and you will recognize how You start to behave differently.

Mantras are similar to affirmations or positive self-talk. By repeatedly saying them to Yourself they sink into Your subconscious and do their work there…

I am curious about what mantras are meaningful to You. Could You find some in the above list that speak to You? Please leave a comment and share Your experience, thank You.
